I hereby certify that I have known "Ng Juny Shan" the Shroff and Chinese Clerk of the Supreme Court since the beginning of 1833, and that he has always discharged his duties with diligence and fidelity to my entire satisfaction while I was Registrar, as I believe they have been acting to the satisfaction of the former and present Registrar of the said Court.
